Job summary

Ancora Education seeks an Admissions Representative to provide information and customer service to prospective students interested in career education. You will conduct outbound calls, host campus tours, interview students, and facilitate enrollments while guiding them through orientation and ongoing communication.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2 years in sales or customer service; an Associate’s degree is preferred. CampusVue/Velocify experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years’ experience in sales and/or customer service required.
• Associate’s degree in a related area preferred.
• Experience with CampusVue and/or Velocify software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound telephone calls, text, & e-mails; responding timely to all inquiries.
• Share information with prospective students within Ancora Education’s Code of Conduct and accreditation guidelines.
• Schedule campus visits for prospective students, conduct campus tours, and facilitate registrations.
• Follow-up with new students to ensure a smooth transition to active student status.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to achieve targets and outcomes.
• Deliver consistent energy and enthusiasm in interactions.
• Engage in coaching-style environments and proactive problem-solving.
• Prioritize tasks effectively and foster creativity.
