Job summary

Ancora Education is hiring an Admissions Representative to engage prospective students, answer questions, and facilitate enrollments. The role includes outbound calls, campus visits, and guiding applicants through the admissions process.

You will conduct interviews, provide information, and support new students from inquiry to enrollment, maintaining strong customer service standards and teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years' experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Associate's degree in a related area preferred.
• Track record of success in high-volume customer service is a plus.
• Experience with CampusVue and/or Velocify software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound telephone calls, text, and e-mails; respond promptly to inquiries.
• Share information with prospective students within Ancora Education's guidelines and accreditation.
• Schedule campus visits, conduct campus tours, and facilitate registrations.
• Follow up with new students to ensure a smooth transition to active status.
• Contribute to team goals and collaborate with diverse groups.
