Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries about the admissions process.
• Cultivate leads and engage prospective students via calls.
• Manage applicants within the Salesforce CRM environment.
• Upload documents and verify transcripts in the institutional database.
• Coordinate and manage recruitment campaigns using Apsona and Pardot.
• Monitor Salesforce cases and generate/analyse recruitment reports.
• Assist with processing all applications and matriculation fees.
• Coordinate information for EAP and collect official SAT/ACT scores.
• Prepare and present virtual admissions presentations.
• Support campus events and provide back-up receptionist duties as needed.
