Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage admissions process from inquiry to resident placement with timely documentation.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to assess needs and eligibility for appropriate care.
• Monitor occupancy and implement strategies to meet/exceed goals while complying with regulations.
• Train, supervise, and support admissions staff to maintain high service standards.
• Prepare admissions reports, metrics, and forecasts for leadership decision-making.
