The Admissions Director at Treviso Transitional Car plays a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the entire admissions process to ensure a seamless and compassionate experience for prospective residents and their families. This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to maximize occupancy while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards. The Admissions Director collaborates closely with clinical, marketing, and administrative teams to coordinate patient intake, assess eligibility, and facilitate smooth transitions into care. By fostering strong relationships with referral sources and community partners, the director drives growth and enhances the facility’s reputation within the healthcare community. Ultimately, this role ensures that all admissions activities align with the mission of providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Social Work, or a related field Preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in admissions or patient placement within a healthcare or long-term care setting.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid guidelines.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Experience working in a nursing home, rehabilitation, or long-term care facility.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and admissions software systems.
Responsibilities:
