Job summary

Autumn Healthcare is hiring an Admissions Director to manage referrals for SAR/LTC patients and to build occupancy by connecting with hospitals, providers, residents, and families. You will help shape the marketing plan and conduct tours for prospective residents and their families.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, multi-priority organization, and LTC sales/marketing experience; flexible scheduling including evenings/weekends is expected; knowledge of Aiden/EPIC/Navi/Allscripts is

Qualifications

• Superb interpersonal and communications skills.
• Able to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• 2+ years sales and marketing in Short-Term or Long-Term Care.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Knowledge of referral systems including Aiden/EPIC/Navi/Allscripts.
• Experience as an Admissions Director is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and evaluate the Clinical Referrals sent for review for SAR and LTC patients.
• Build and maintain occupancy by developing rapport with hospitals, providers, residents, clients and families.
• Assist in the development of the marketing/business plan.
• Conduct tours for prospective residents and their families.
• Notify hospitals and families of prospective residents' application status.
• Assure that sales/marketing reports are accurate and timely.
