Job summary

Genesis is seeking an Admissions Director in Wallingford, PA, to lead the full admissions cycle for our nursing center. You will oversee the referrals, respond promptly, and drive census and payer goals while maintaining a strong community presence.

You will build relationships with referral sources, manage marketing initiatives, and champion smooth transition-of-care with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring high-quality patient care and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to adjust work schedule based on nursing centers’ business need, specifically incoming admissions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admissions process and ensure timely follow-up on all leads.
• Maintain and expand patient referral source list and ensure quick referral response times.
• Implement targeted marketing strategies to elevate the nursing center’s visibility.
• Build and curate the nursing center's reputation and ensure positive community engagement.
• Lead efforts to improve interdisciplinary collaboration and smooth transition-of-care processes.
