Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to adjust work schedule based on nursing centers’ business need, specifically incoming admissions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the patient admissions process, ensuring timely follow-up on all leads and census goals.
• Build and manage referral sources, with payer management and quick referral response times.
• Lead brand stewardship, updating the center’s website and managing social media for a positive online presence.
• Drive interdisciplinary collaboration and smooth transition-of-care with strong patient and family communication.
• Improve referral-to-admit and tour-to-admit conversions with targeted admissions strategies.
