This leadership position requires healthcare experience, the ability to adapt schedules to business needs, and strong communication with patients, families, and referral partners.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to adjust work schedule based on nursing centers’ business need.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admissions process and ensure timely follow‑up on leads.
• Manage payer relationships and achieve census goals.
• Expand and maintain referral sources with quick response times.
• Enhance the nursing center’s reputation through community engagement and branding.
• Lead efforts to improve transitions of care and interdisciplinary collaboration.
