Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to adjust work schedule based on nursing centers’ business need, specifically incoming admissions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admissions process and ensure timely follow-up on leads.
• Maintain and expand patient referral sources and payer management.
• Lead efforts to improve brand presence, website, and social media engagement.
• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration and smooth transition-of-care processes.
• Drive conversion improvements in referral-to-admit and tour-to-admit metrics.
