Genesis Administrative Services LLC is seeking an Admissions Director for a nursing center in West Virginia. You will oversee the admissions process, manage referrals, and drive census and payer goals while maintaining a positive community presence.

You will lead brand stewardship, digital reputation, and local marketing, coordinate transitions of care, and strengthen cross-functional teamwork to deliver excellent patient experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to adjust work schedule based on nursing centers’ business need, specifically incoming admissions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire patient admissions process with timely follow-up on leads and quick referral response times.
• Build and nurture relationships with key referral sources to grow market share and community presence.
• Serve as brand steward, manage the nursing center’s website and social media, and improve online reputation (Google rating target).
• Lead efforts to improve transition-of-care and interdisciplinary collaboration with strong patient/family communication.
• Aim for strong conversions in referral-to-admit, tour-to-admit, and overall admissions strategy, with measurable improvements.
