Job summary

Talentify is seeking an Admissions Director in New Mexico for a nursing center. The role oversees the full admissions process, referrals, and payer management to meet census goals, while building community relationships and promoting a strong online reputation.

You will collaborate across disciplines, optimize transitions of care, and drive conversions from referrals and tours to admissions, with a focus on timely outreach and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to adjust work schedule based on nursing centers’ business needs, specifically incoming admissions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admissions process, follow-up on all leads, and achieve census and payer goals.
• Maintain and expand the patient referral source list, ensure quick referral response times, and implement targeted marketing to elevate the nursing center’s visibility.
• Lead branding efforts, update the nursing center’s website, manage social media, and improve online reputation (Google rating > 4.0 with a 15% improvement).
• Drive interdisciplinary collaboration and smooth transitions of care with strong patient/family communication.
• Improve referral-to-admit and tour-to-admit conversions; target 10% gains in referral and tour-to-admit metrics in the first 3 months.
