Job summary

Genesis HealthCare, Inc. is seeking an Admissions Director for our Clovis, NM nursing center. You will oversee the admissions process, manage referrals, and lead campaigns to grow census and payer penetration.

Responsibilities include building referral source networks, directing marketing, maintaining the center's brand online, and coordinating care transitions with strong family communication. Must have at least three years in a healthcare setting and the ability to adapt schedules to staffing

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to adjust work schedule based on nursing centers’ business need, specifically incoming admissions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire patient admissions process, ensuring timely follow-up on all leads and achieving census and payer goals.
• Build and nurture relationships with key referral sources in the community through regular engagement.
• Lead brand management, update the center’s website, and drive positive online reviews to improve Google rating.
• Coordinate transition-of-care with strong patient and family communication and foster team collaboration.
• Improve conversion metrics across referral-to-admit and tour-to-admit processes.
