Qualifications

• Five to seven years of recent clinical experience.
• RN or LPN licensure preferred, but not required where state law mandates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the patient referral process from review through admission, ensuring smooth clinical handoffs.
• Cultivate hospital referral sources and key decision-makers to grow referrals (5–10 new contacts per month).
• Communicate clinical strengths of centers to align with hospital needs and drive referrals.
• Achieve a conversion rate of 60% or higher for appropriate referrals within 90–120 days and beyond.
• Develop market strategy with data analytics to meet and exceed admissions goals (≥5% growth per period).
