Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to adjust work schedule based on nursing centers’ business need, specifically incoming admissions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient admissions process, ensure timely follow-up and referral response times.
• Build and nurture relationships with referral sources to increase market share.
• Lead brand management including website updates and social media engagement; strive for online ratings improvement.
• Improve interdisciplinary collaboration and transition-of-care processes with strong patient and family communication.
• Aim for 50% or greater conversion ratio from referral to admit and 10% improvements in related metrics.
