The candidate will lead efforts to improve transitions of care, collaboration across disciplines, and online presence to achieve higher referral-to-admit conversions. Flexibility in scheduling is required to support business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to adjust work schedule based on nursing centers’ business need.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the admissions process to meet census and payer goals.
• Build and nurture relationships with referral sources and manage quick referral responses.
• Lead marketing initiatives to boost the nursing center’s visibility and community engagement.
• Maintain brand presence online, update the website, and manage social media to improve reviews.
• Improve transition-of-care processes and ensure smooth communication with patients and families.
• Aim for strong conversion ratios from referrals to admissions and improve tour-to-admit metrics.
