RegalCare at Greenwich is a well-established skilled nursing and rehabilitation center seeking an experienced Admissions Director to join our leadership team. The role focuses on managing the admissions process while building strong relationships with hospitals, families, and referral sources.

You will coordinate admissions from inquiry to intake, collaborate with nursing and therapy teams, track data for regulatory compliance, and support census development.

Qualifications

• Prior admissions or marketing experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement (Medicare, Medicaid) preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
