Job summary

Complete Care at Kimberly Hall North is seeking an Admissions Director to lead the admissions process, build referral partnerships, and support post-acute and long-term care services. The role emphasizes strong communication, team collaboration, and customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate has experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, hospital case management, healthcare marketing, admissions, or business development, with education and experience

Qualifications

• BS degree in marketing, social work, or human sciences is desirable.
• Prior sales and marketing experience.
• Proven success increasing SNF census.
• Strong relationships with hospital case managers, social workers, and discharge planners.
• Experience with Medicare, Managed Care, and insurance authorizations.
• Comfort reviewing clinical referrals to identify appropriate admissions.
• Ability to collaborate with nursing, therapy, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Strong communication with residents and families throughout the admission process.
• Willingness to participate in marketing, networking, community outreach, and hospital visits.
• Data-driven approach using referral conversion rates, occupancy trends, and length‑of‑stay metrics.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing, planning, and organizing the admission process.
• Apply sales and marketing principles when interacting with healthcare professionals including hospitals, home health agencies, case managers, area nursing homes, physicians in private practice for referrals.
• Provide daily updates to the facility and support team.
• Conduct facility tours for potential admissions.
• Welcome guest and family upon admission.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
