Job summary

Charter College is seeking a motivated Admissions Representative to manage a high-volume intake of inquiries and drive enrollment in a busy campus setting. You will engage prospects via phone, email, and in person, following scripts and procedures to build rapport and identify qualified students.

The role reports to the Director of Admissions or Campus leadership, is full-time, non-exempt, with varied shifts and a pay rate of $28.85 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales or service-related environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced indoor sales center environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of remote communication tools and technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, database software, and internet applications.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to accrediting agency and Department of Education guidelines for proprietary school admissions.
• Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the Admissions Manual and campus/company guidelines.
• Uphold the Admissions Code of Conduct.
• Schedule admissions interview appointments and conduct interviews by phone, in person, or via video.
• Enrol qualified applicants and conduct scheduled follow-up with prospects.
• Enter tasks and notes into CampusVue daily and track incomplete enrollment files to meet deadlines.
