Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years admissions‑related experience.
• Minimum of one‑year experience in a Communication Center preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with a positive attitude.
• Strong bilingual communication in Spanish and English.
• Experience with college admissions and distance learning promotion.
• Ability to work well in a team and learn large amounts of information accurately.
• This is a full‑time (37.5 hours/week), 12‑month, benefits‑eligible role with variable office hours.

• Enrollment Process Management: manage deadlines and deliverables for admissions.
• Adaptability: maintain service across phone, email, and chat in a fast pace.
• Continuous Learning: participate in training on offerings and policies.
• Credit and Program Knowledge: explain transfer credits and eligibility.
• Proficiency with Systems: use SIS, CRM, and telephony systems effectively.
