Responsibilities

• Contacts interested students by telephone to inform them about programs and requirements.
• Guides interested students through transcript pre-evaluation for transfer credits.
• Advises on degree programs and serves as a trusted advisor during decision making.
• Keeps up to date on policy changes and incorporates them into daily operations.
• Acts as primary contact for students in their first academic year and explains online learning tools.
• Ensures FERPA compliance and collaborates with graduation teams to meet student needs.
