Job summary

Stevenson University Online is seeking an Enrollment Counselor to recruit and enroll qualified students for SUO programs. The EC handles admissions support, generates leads, and supports marketing events both on-campus and virtually.

This campus-based role requires a sales mindset, excellentcommunication, and the ability to work evenings and weekends with travel as needed. Knowledge of FERPA and CRM tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience in higher education admissions preferred.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record; must be insurable.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends; regional and local travel required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and data reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, admit, and enroll prospective students in assigned SUO programs to meet goals.
• Represent SUO at events and generate student leads.
• Maintain confidential records per FERPA and track enrollment data.
• Coordinate online and on-campus recruitment events and information sessions.
