Paul Mitchell The School Pasadena is hiring a full- or part-time Admissions Coordinator who thrives on connection, organization, and purpose-driven work.

You will guide prospective students from curiosity to commitment, manage inquiries, and support enrollment with an ethical, student-centered approach. The role offers $22–$24 per hour plus health/dental/vision, PTO, professional development, discounts on products/services, and holiday bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Face-to-face sales, marketing, or customer service experience.
• Clear, effective communication in phone and in-person settings.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to accuracy.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with initiative.
• A goal-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Admissions experience in a post-secondary college or university is preferred.
• Experience in the beauty industry is preferred.
• Completion of some college credits is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective students from inquiry to enrollment with clarity and professionalism.
• Manage inquiry documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to keep students informed and supported.
• Support recruitment events such as open houses and community events.
• Collaborate with team to forecast enrollment needs.
• Stay engaged in training opportunities and contribute to a positive, student-centered admissions environment.
