Qualifications

• Admissions experience in post-secondary college or university preferred.
• High School Diploma required; some college credits preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the enrollment process and necessary documentation for inquiry tracking.
• Reach out to prospective students via phone, email or text to provide information or schedule appointments.
• Forecasts new incoming students by program to aid in classroom capacity planning.
• Conduct follow-ups with prospective students to address questions or concerns.
• Engage in recruitment and enrollment activities such as open houses and career days.
• Enter admissions activities into database accurately and timely.
• Cultivate a positive work environment prioritizing student need and teamwork across departments.
• Participates in training and development; uphold honesty and professionalism.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
