Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in business-to-consumer sales
• Consultative, mentoring sales approach
• Proficient with computer technology including social media, presentation software and business applications
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with prioritization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and leadership abilities
• Flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays
• Energetic, proactive, and passionate about promoting the school

Responsibilities

• Attract enrollments through career fairs, open houses, community expos, and events
• Systematically organize and manage prospective student leads using a CRM
• Follow up with potential students via calls, emails, texts, social media, and mail
• Conduct engaging tours and screening interviews
• Collaborate with Financial Aid to help applicants find financing
• Provide career advising and motivational counseling to prospective, current, and graduating students
• Set enrollment goals and lead the Admissions Team; be a positive role model
