Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including referral software and electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer flow from inquiry to actual admission.
• Coordinate tours, admissions, insurance verifications & pre-certifications.
• Ensure proper payer for admission and accurate paperwork to support profitability and census goals.
