Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated admissions/marketing professional to manage the customer flow and admissions process within a skilled nursing community. You will lead the marketing program to secure referrals, payer satisfaction, and strong census performance while delivering compassionate service.

The role requires building relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community resources, coordinating tours and pre-certifications, and ensuring an outstanding admission experience

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience working in a healthcare setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience building relationships with hospitals, physicians, and care facilities is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer flow, admissions process, and marketing program for the community.
• Guide the marketing program to ensure strong customer, referral, and payer satisfaction, positive public image, and census goals.
• Coordinate tours, admissions, insurance verifications and pre-certifications.
• Foster relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, physicians, and long-term care facilities to generate referrals and admissions.
• Provide extraordinary customer service to external and internal customers, including families and staff.

Education
