Job summary

Saber Health Group in the United States seeks an Admissions/Marketing Coordinator for our skilled nursing community. This full-time role focuses on managing customer flow, admissions, and marketing activities to drive referrals, payer satisfaction, and census goals.

Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with possible on-call duties depending on census. The position emphasizes building relationships with hospitals, physicians, and care facilities, coordinating tours and

Qualifications

• Cultivating/Maintaining professional relationships in the local health care markets
• Generate referrals for services by building relationships with hospitals, physicians, independent and assisted living facilities and other community resources
• Coordinates tours, admissions, insurance verifications & pre-certs
• Community outreach activities such as health fairs, wellness checks, and caregiver support groups
• Regular marketing calls and visits will be made to referral sources to increase the number of referrals and admissions.
• Facilitates admissions decisions, and ensure a positive admission experience for customers and families
• Extraordinary customer service to both external and internal customers. External customers would include referral sources, patients, and their families. Internal customers would include supervisors, clinical & non-clinical staff members, pharmacies, and suppliers
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in a healthcare setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous SNF/Long-Term Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities
