Qualifications

• Builds professional relationships with local healthcare markets.
• Generates referrals by engaging with hospitals, physicians, and senior living facilities.
• Coordinates tours, admissions, insurance verifications & pre-certs.
• Conducts community outreach such as health fairs and caregiver groups.
• Makes regular marketing calls/visits to referral sources to boost referrals and admissions.
• Facilitates admissions decisions and ensures a positive patient/family experience.
• Delivers exceptional customer service to external and internal stakeholders.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
