Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group in Virginia is seeking a Part-Time Admissions Associate to manage the flow from inquiry to admission, ensuring positive relations with prospective residents and referral sources.

You will coordinate tours, admissions, insurance verifications and pre-certifications, ensure proper payer for admission, and complete all required paperwork to support census goals. Shifts: 11:00a–6:00p; Wage: $20.00–$23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in a healthcare setting.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including referral software and electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer flow from inquiry to actual admission.
• Maintain positive relations with potential customers and referral sources.
• Coordinate tours, admissions, insurance verifications and pre-certifications.
• Ensure proper payer for admission and complete all paperwork.
• Contribute towards community profitability and census goals.
