Job summary

Saber Health Group in Ohio is seeking a Marketing Director to lead admissions, the marketing program, and customer flow for our community. This role focuses on referrals, payer satisfaction, and driving census and profitability through engaging hospital partnerships.

You will work away from the facility location to foster referrals, supported by a positive, family-like culture with growth opportunities and competitive benefits. Full-time, 8:30a–5:00p.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have unrestricted driver's license.
• Minimum 3 years in a healthcare setting.
• Proficient with computer software including referral and EHR systems.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer flow, admissions, and marketing for the community.
• Guide the marketing program to ensure referrals, payer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Engage with hospitals away from the facility location to secure referrals.
