Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Logansport, Indiana, is seeking an Admission Coordinator on the campus Sales & Growth Team to help achieve revenue and census targets by implementing campus sales strategies and overseeing pre-admission and admission documentation.

You will meet lead conversion targets, coordinate admissions processes, manage referrals in the CRM, and collaborate with campus leaders to ensure a seamless resident move-in experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meets established targets for lead and lease conversion for health center and senior living.
• Completes preadmission, admission and transfer paperwork, and submits information for insurance verification and precertification.
• Responds to referrals and leads promptly, entering related data into the CRM accurately and timely.
• Proactively communicates admission/move-in activities with campus leaders and all necessary parties.
• Assists with planning and coordinating campus events including community marketing and lead generating events.
• Supports the Sales Director in ensuring that the campus, including all available apartments, model apartments, common areas and grounds are staged, marketable and aligned with Trilogy Standards.

Education

High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred
