Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking an Admission Coordinator to join the campus Sales & Growth Team. You will work with the Director of Sales to implement strategies, oversee pre-admission and admission documentation, and drive census growth at the New Castle Glen Oaks Health Campus.

The role focuses on timely response to referrals, accurate CRM data handling, and collaboration with campus leaders to ensure smooth admissions and a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meets established targets for lead and lease conversion for health center and senior living.
• Completes preadmission, admission and transfer paperwork, and submits information for insurance verification and precertification.
• Responds to referrals and leads promptly, entering data into the CRM accurately and timely.
• Proactively communicate admission/move-in activities with campus leaders and required parties.
• Plans and coordinates campus events including community marketing and lead-generating events.
• Assists Sales Director to ensure campus is staged, marketable, and aligned with Trilogy Standards.
