Universal Technical Institute, Inc. is seeking an Admissions Coordinator in Memphis, TN to serve as the campus expert for admissions processes and ensure accurate data management. You will train staff, support inquiries through enrollment, and help manage documentation and reporting.

The role focuses on data integrity, scheduling exams, and coordinating front-desk operations along with supporting events and communications across the admissions cycle.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of database management and data entry required.
• Intermediate Microsoft Outlook and Excel skills required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in CAMPUS VUE, Broadleaf and CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Send daily emails: Financial Aid calendar, HESI schedules, and appointment updates.
• Schedule campus and virtual HESI exams and manage communications.
• Generate and distribute timely, accurate reports.
• Enter and maintain data in Conext and CNex for inquiries, interviews, enrollment agreements, and status changes.
• Process enrollments and track student documentation from interview through start date.
• Support events: referrals, open houses, orientations, and start days.
• Train staff on admissions processes and data entry for consistency.
