Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of database management and data entry is required.
• Intermediate Outlook and Excel skills are required.
• Experience with CAMPUS VUE, Broadleaf and CRM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Send daily emails with Financial Aid calendar, HESI schedules, and appointment updates.
• Schedule campus and virtual HESI exams and manage related communications.
• Generate and distribute timely, accurate reports.
• Enter and maintain accurate data in Conext and CNex for inquiries and enrollment status changes.
• Process enrollments and track student documentation from interview through start date.
• Scan, track, and verify student documents including transcripts and POG items.
• Maintain enrollment spreadsheets and cover front desk duties as needed.
• Support events such as referrals, open houses, orientations, and start days.
• Train staff on admissions processes and data entry for consistency.
