Job summary

Sapphire Care and Rehabilitation (formerly Arlington Court) seeks an Admissions Assistant/Concierge to prepare the facility for new admissions and provide accurate information to prospective residents and families.

Under supervision, you will assist in admissions assessments, coordinate with the Central Intake, and help maintain census goals while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years related experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admissions with Central Intake and admissions team.
• Schedule admissions and notify team of expected admissions and needs.
• Ensure room readiness and necessary equipment for new admissions.
• Greet and welcome new admissions; answer questions.
• Answer phones promptly and respond to inquiries.
• Conduct admissions tours and provide facility information.
• Complete admission contracts in a timely manner.
• Maintain census culture and strive to meet census goals.
