Ivy Creek Wellness & Rehabilitation in Texas is seeking a concierge/admission personnel to assist the admission leader with daily responsibilities, including maintaining admission guidelines, internal marketing programs, room preparation, and guiding tours with prospective residents and families.

The role involves handling inquiries, screening potential residents, coordinating with social services and insurers, and ensuring accurate admission paperwork while delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• Experience in health care services, products or pharmaceuticals is desirable.
• Familiarity with long-term care and/or health care services useful.
• Presents professional image through appearance, behavior and speech.

Responsibilities

• Maintains admissions guidelines and helps update policies and procedures.
• Markets programs and facilities by providing information and conducting tours.
• Handles inquiries and collects admission data and Medicare facts.
• Ensures accurate financial verification before admission to reduce receivables.
• Screens prospective residents against admission criteria and references.
• Resolves concerns with residents and families and suggests improvements.
• Maintains knowledge of market areas, origin, and referral sources.
• Assist census development by contacting referral sources.
• Manages incoming inquiries as needed per intake model.
• Uses clinical inventory to assess suitability and coordinates with social services and insurers.
