Responsibilities include managing inquiries, scheduling admissions, verifying insurance, and maintaining compliant records.

Qualifications

• Experience in admissions, healthcare, or long-term care preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance verification processes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHR systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for prospective residents, families, hospitals, and referral sources.
• Coordinate and schedule resident admissions, including pre-admission assessments.
• Maintain accurate records in line with regulations.
• Assist with insurance verifications and financial eligibility.
• Provide facility tours and information to families.
• Collaborate with nursing, social services, and administrative staff for smooth admissions.
• Prepare and distribute admission packets and documents.
• Follow up with hospitals and case managers to ensure timely information transfer.
• Support marketing and outreach efforts as needed.
