Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and families, assist with move-in packets, and guide onboarding.
• Answer inquiries, provide community information, and lead campus tours as needed.
• Maintain accurate resident profiles, intake paperwork, and CRM records in compliance with privacy regulations.
• Assist in collecting financial, insurance, and medical records required prior to move-in.
• Liaise with nursing, dietary, and housekeeping teams to prepare resident rooms and ensure a smooth move-in day.
