Job summary

Epic Healthcare is seeking an Admissions Assistant to coordinate intake, referrals, and inquiries for prospective residents at our senior living community in California. You will greet families, guide onboarding, conduct tours, and ensure smooth transitions by coordinating with interdisciplinary care teams.

• Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

• Eligibility & Pre-Screening: Assist in collecting financial, insurance, and medical records required prior to resident move-in.

• Team Coordination: Liaise with nursing, dietary, and housekeeping teams to prepare resident rooms and ensure a seamless move-in day.

Qualifications:

• Education & Age: High school diploma or GED required; minimum 18 years old.
