This role involves coordinating tours, ensuring accurate documentation, and communicating with hospitals, physicians, and family members to facilitate smooth transitions of care. The position emphasizes compassionate service and teamwork with nursing and administrative staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare administration or a related field (training or certifications considered).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for all admissions inquiries and referrals.
• Conduct tours and provide detailed information about facility services and care options.
• Coordinate and schedule resident admissions, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all required documentation.
• Communicate with hospitals, physicians, social workers, and family members to facilitate smooth transitions of care.
• Verify insurance coverage and assist with financial paperwork as needed.
• Collaborate with the nursing and administrative teams to ensure readiness for new admissions.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, referrals, and admissions activities.
• Participate in marketing and community outreach efforts to promote the facility and build relationships with referral sources.
• Uphold confidentiality and compliance with all HIPAA and regulatory standards.
