This role serves as a welcoming primary contact for families and residents, facilitating smooth transitions by managing intake documentation, conducting tours, and coordinating move-ins with interdisciplinary care teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Intake & Move-In Coordination: Greet prospective residents and families, assist with move-in packets, and guide families through the onboarding process.

• Tours & Inquiries: Answer prospective resident inquiries, provide community information, and lead campus tours when needed.

• Documentation & Data Entry: Maintain accurate resident profiles, intake paperwork, and CRM database records in compliance with privacy regulations.

• Eligibility & Pre-Screening: Assist in collecting financial, insurance, and medical records required prior to resident move-in.

• Team Coordination: Liaise with nursing, dietary, and housekeeping teams to prepare resident rooms and ensure a seamless move-in day.

Qualifications:
