Job summary

ABC is seeking a Clinic Admissions Associate in Saginaw, TX to guide families through the admissions process for ABA therapy with empathy and care. You’ll handle day-to-day administrative tasks and support referral sources with effective communication.

You will respond to inbound calls from prospective and current families, becoming a subject matter expert on autism to explain how ABC helps children and families. This role emphasizes relationships and exceptional first impressions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.
• A passion for work that benefits children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to engage with families and work in a team.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree may be considered for certain roles.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions for our busy clinics such as document management, keeping track of people + things, and internal + external communication with referral sources.
• Give great support to inbound calls from both prospective + current clients/families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to help others understand how we help our children and how we can help them.
• Handle various marketing + admissions tasks to support the work of our operations manager and clinical leadership.
