Champion City Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking an Admissions Concierge for a full-time, Monday-Friday role in Pittsburgh, PA. You will coordinate admissions, answer inquiries, and ensure rooms and tours are ready for new residents while delivering exceptional service to residents and families.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of skilled nursing experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Excel.

Join our dedicated team at Champion City Nursing & Rehabilitation, where we strive to provide exceptional care and service to our residents. As an Admissions Concierge, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless transition for our new residents and their families.

About the Role:

As an Admissions Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, families, and referring sources. This includes coordinating the admission process, answering inquiries, ensuring resident rooms are ready prior to admission, assisting with facility tours, and providing information about our facilities and services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our new residents, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeding their expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the admission process, including gathering necessary documentation and conducting tours of our facilities
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and referring sources, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust
• Answer inquiries and respond to requests for information about our facilities and services
• Work closely with our clinical and support staff to ensure a smooth transition for new residents
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of admissions, including resident information and documentation
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to improve the admission process and overall resident experience

Requirements:

• 1 years of experience in a skilled nursing setting
• Previous admissions experience preferred, but not required
• Very attentive to detail
• Very Organized
• Proficiency in Excel
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail
