Job summary

Champion City Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking an Admissions Concierge for a full-time, Monday-Friday role in Pittsburgh, PA. You will coordinate admissions, answer inquiries, and ensure rooms and tours are ready for new residents while delivering exceptional service to residents and families.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of skilled nursing experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the admission process and facility tours.
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents, families, and referring sources.
• Answer inquiries and share information about facilities and services.
• Work with clinical staff to ensure smooth resident transitions.
• Maintain accurate admission records and documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance admissions.
