Job summary

Rivendell Behavioral Health Services in Benton, AR is seeking a Call Center Specialist to coordinate admissions, provide crisis intervention, and collect essential data. You will input information into Med Series 4 and support the Admissions team with referrals and insurance verification.

Experience in a fast-paced call center and medical environment is valued. RN preferred, with a background in psychology or social work helpful for patient communication.

Qualifications

• RN preferred for this position.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred.
• High school diploma/GED required.
• One year in a fast-paced call center environment preferred.
• One year in a psychiatric setting preferred.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admission functions and provide crisis intervention services via telephone.
• Gather telephonic information and schedule no-cost assessments.
• Input data into Med Series 4 promptly and accurately.
• Monitor faxes and referral systems to increase admissions and reduce wait times.
• Verify insurances and relay information to Admissions team.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Referral RNs and Intake Counselors.
