Job summary

Rivendell Behavioral Health Services in Benton, AR, is seeking an Admissions and Referral Registered Nurse (RN/LPN) for a Monday–Friday evening shift (3 p.m. to 11 p.m.).

The role supports admission processes, patient assessment, and care planning for diverse patient populations within a premier behavioral health facility. You will document data accurately, communicate with referral sources, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth admissions while adhering to nursing

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Must hold AR LPN or RN license or be license eligible.

• CPR and Handle with Care/Verbal De-escalation offered upon hire.
• Must be able to work as a team with all staff/coworkers and maintain respect for patients.

Responsibilities

• Renders professional nursing care to patients during admission and assessment.
• Documents all data accurately and timely.
• Participates in formulation and implementation of individual care plans.
• Communicates pertinent data to other service areas as needed.
• Performs duties within AR Board of Nursing guidelines and agency policies.
