You will interact via phone, email, text, and in person to understand student needs, build rapport, and drive enrollment while maintaining compliance and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Experience with Google products (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Persistent, positive, self-motivated, collaborative.
• Ability to use school systems and databases.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet monthly activity standards as defined by Admissions Benchmark Policy.
• Develop and manage action plans to meet qualitative performance standards.
• Assist prospective students through the admissions process in compliance with federal/state regulations and policies.
• Use phone, in-person interviews, text, and email to identify student prospects and assess needs.
• Develop rapport with prospective students and maintain contact throughout enrollment.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid and Academics to ensure high level of service to students.
