Job summary

HTU is seeking a campus-based admissions professional to recruit and enroll students, manage enrollment paperwork, and track lead inquiries. You will represent the school at career fairs, participate in orientations, and report on marketing and sales activities.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred), strong customer service, and excellent communication skills, with a drive to achieve measurable enrollment goals.

Qualifications

• Highest degree offered at the campus; an associate degree is required and a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Motivated and solution‑oriented mindset aligned with integrity, commitment, student focus and service excellence.
• Experience in sales, marketing and referral lead generation is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; public speaking is a plus.
• Outstanding customer service skills; a desire to help others succeed.
• Ability to set and achieve short- and long-term goals with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and enroll students at the campus.
• Take lead calls and track lead inquiries.
• Manage enrollment activity and paperwork, ensuring student files are properly completed.
• Track marketing and sales activities and produce reports as required.
• Represent the school at career fairs, job fairs and similar events.
• Participate in student orientation and registration activities.
