NWU in Columbia, South Carolina seeks an Admissions Recruiter to locate and enroll qualified students for its programs. You will conduct outbound and inbound calls, interview prospects, and guide applicants through the admissions and financial aid processes, using only company-approved materials.

The role emphasizes integrity, student-focused outcomes, and service excellence with adherence to catalog requirements and regulatory standards. Some travel or campus presence may be required.

• Ensure compliance with regulations by enrolling qualified students.
• Follow up with non-progressing or canceled students to resolve issues.
• Achieve productivity goals and generate referrals.
• Complete daily activity reports and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain regular attendance and perform other duties as assigned.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Recruit qualified students for the school's programs in a compliant, professional manner under the supervision of the Director of Admissions.
• Utilize only company-approved materials during phone calls, interviews, and enrollment processes.
• Conduct significant outbound and inbound calling efforts to prospective students.
• Follow up with inquiries who have not scheduled appointments or missed interviews.
• Interview and tour prospective students to assess their needs, interests, motivations, and career goals; assist in identifying suitable programs.
• Provide information on programs, entrance requirements, application process, policies, and admissions documentation.
• Guide prospective students through the admissions process, including scheduling financial aid appointments and gathering necessary documents.
• Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and accreditation standards by enrolling qualified students per the school's catalog.
• Follow up with students who did not progress or canceled to resolve issues and address concerns.
• Achieve productivity goals based on campus needs and generate referrals.
• Complete daily activity reports and maintain confidentiality of business records.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and perform other duties as assigned.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Candidate with at least an Associate degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Highly motivated and solution-oriented individual aligned with core values of integrity, commitment, student-focused outcomes, respect, and service excellence.
• Experience in sales, marketing, and referral lead generation preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; public speaking experience is a plus.
